Rebooked by Carbon Underwriting
Acrylic Poured Art wins in their Corporate office

Carbon Underwriting wanted to return their rental art.
What better way to combine new art and team building other than to create it yourselves.
They initially made four large pieces, and rebooked to adorn their Boardroom.
Team acrylic pouring is one of the most powerful team building activities because it is inherently collaborative from the very first decision.
Before a single drop of paint touches the canvas, the group comes together to choose the colour palette. This simple act encourages discussion, negotiation, and shared ownership where everyone has a voice, and every choice matters.
Once the pouring begins, collaboration becomes physical. Teams must work together to tilt the canvas, responding in real time to how the colours flow and interact. There is no single leader and no fixed outcome; success relies on communication, and collective awareness.
What makes acrylic pouring especially impactful is that the result is tangible and lasting. The finished artwork isn’t packed away or forgotten - it’s displayed in the office as a shared achievement. Every time someone walks past it, they can genuinely say, “I helped make that.” It becomes a visual reminder of teamwork, creativity, and what can happen when people slow down, work together, and allow space for experimentation.
In a world dominated by screens, meetings, and metrics, acrylic pouring offers something refreshingly human. It brings colleagues together around colour, movement, and shared experience and leaves behind not just a stronger sense of connection, but a bold, meaningful piece of art that tells a collective story.
